It is specifically designed according to the problems of the traditional rotary dryer which is not suitable for high-moisture materials that MC is higher than 50% and the viscosity is relatively low. Wet materials (50% - 65% moisture) are delivered to the drum for concurrent drying process through screw conveyor. Wet materials are lifted up and down by the internal flights and pushed through three layers in a spiraling pattern. The agitator installed inside the drum can completely shatter and blend wet materials, which realizes full heat exchange between cool materials and heated air. The dry materials could pass through the drum quickly under the air force.
